With more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Kristen Dee is the founder and visionary behind Bay Area Aesthetics. Since opening the practice in 2016, she has built one of the region’s premier medical aesthetics practices by combining advanced clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their very best.

As a nationally recognized trainer and Medical Affairs Clinician, Kristen educates aesthetic providers across the country on advanced injection techniques, facial anatomy, patient safety, and best practices. She is committed to raising the standard of care within the aesthetic industry while mentoring providers to deliver exceptional, natural-looking results. Continuing education is a passion, learning never stops. 

Kristen believes that every treatment should enhance confidence while preserving each patient’s unique beauty. Her philosophy centers on personalized treatment plans, honest recommendations, and building lasting relationships founded on trust and exceptional patient care.
